Welcome to Round R's, the unapologetically "Barrie Bros.", spontaneous supper club hosted by Ellis & Liam Barrie.

With each series, a new menu is created, utilising the best seasonal and local produce that the brothers can uncover. The food is presented as a set menu of restaurant-quality dishes but served up in relaxed, social settings as preferred by Ellis & Liam.

The food for Series 4.5 will be based on the spring produce raising its head. Ellis is already into his menu development, scouring what's available locally and pestering our network of farmers and fishermen. There are bound to be the usual challenges and tribulations, which Ellis will no doubt tell you about over a glass of wine! This series is once again located at White Lodge Cottage, Anglesey.
